Energy Efficiency in Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) Scheme. The proposal seeks to promote Energy Efficiency in SMEs during the XI plan. Many energy intensive SMEs clusters located in various states of the country have large potential for energy savings.

Contribution to State Energy Conservation Fund(SECF) Scheme. This scheme is intended to be submitted in FY 2008-2009 after the above scheme for institutional strengthening takes off in states. SECF is a statutory requirement and is one of the key elements of the Energy Conservation Action Plan(ECAP).
