Imphal – to include the guidelines of Bureau of Energy Efficiency(BEE) as mentioned in the Energy Conservation Building Code(ECBC) in council byelaws of Imphal Municipal Council
and to promote use of Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL), high energy efficient electricals and electronics machines.
